COR program

COR is a voluntary program, run in partnership with the GoA and is available to all ACSA members and associate members. COR and SECOR verifies that the employer’s HSMS has been evaluated by a certified auditor and meets provincial standards.

Maintaining a COR or SECOR ensures an ongoing review of an employer’s HSMS so that any gap can be identified and rectified. It is based on a continuous improvement model.  A COR or SECOR provides employers with a certificate issued in partnership with the GoA, recognizing a company’s achievement in maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

ACSA is proud to manage a Peer Program, which is done on a “pay-it-forward” basis. Peer auditing is selected by companies who prefer peers perform their audit at no cost and to reciprocate audits to their peers. For those who do choose to hire outside resources, they may hire an external consultant auditor.
