Our Communication and Ethics for the Safety Leader vILT addresses soft-skill challenges identified by our members.
This course is mandatory for both NCSO™ and HSA designation programs and is recognized as an ethics maintenance requirement for the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (BCRSP) designation. We are proud of this partnership and appreciate that it helps us to further expand our reach and encourage a safety culture.
This interactive two-day course is designed to provide participants with a foundation for effective communication. As well, it enhances skills to navigate various ethical situations they may encounter as safety leaders in the field.
